Andrea Albers License Number: BMO26070
Primary Responsibility: Chiropractic Assistant/X-Ray Technician
I have been under chiropractic care for most of my life, so working in this field since 1987 has been perfect for me. I love the hands-on approach to patient care. I graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic – CA training program, and also received my X-Ray license in 1990. I was voted Pinnacle Management CA of the Year in 1993.
I work with the Doctors to assure the best care for our patients. Along with working all the physiotherapy modalities and taking x-rays, I also perform laser therapy and decompression therapy on our serious low back cases.
I have always felt that Chiropractic care should be the FIRST option for your health care needs, not the last.
Paula Doerflein-Cooper, LMT License Number MA0007650, AMTA Member Number 140486, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique (Level II Certified)
Primary Responsibilities: Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Assistant in the following areas: Rehabilitative Exercise (Posture Ball Exercises, Active Isolated Stretching-Mattes Method), Medical Records Custodian, and General Office Duties.
I like to use a variety of techniques to help a patient return to a pain free lifestyle. Assessment of pain/injury is an important element in determining which techniques should be utilized during treatment. I do not limit myself to just medical massage techniques, I enjoy doing relaxation massages for those who are stressed and need to relax and unwind. I also want to say that it has been a privilege to work with all the doctors past and present at our office. Each doctor has taught me something different about the world of chiropractic over the 20 plus years.
Angela Mott
Primary Responsibility: Billing Manager
I started at Exum in 1996. Shortly after that, I was in a car accident. At first all I was concerned about was fixing my car. The Exum staff educated me that I needed to “fix” my body as well. Initially, I did not understand the philosophy behind chiropractic, but now I fully embrace it.
I verify insurance on all patients before they come to our office. I hope this will minimize any surprises at check out. I also handle all the billing for you. I’m here to help you understand your insurance and billing questions. If you have any questions please call me.
Kim Kenyon
Primary Responsibility: Front Desk – To ensure you a pleasant experience and to welcome you to the Exum Family.
After working the last 6 years in the medical field, I have finally found what I’ve been searching for. Exum Chiropractic Clinic and its employees offer compassion, understanding and most importantly “friendship.” We are here whether you may need a hug or just a laugh. At Exum, we realize there are stresses in life. We believe in kindness, we believe in trust and most of all, we believe in the chiropractic lifestyle. We look forward to sharing our knowledge with you and that is why we encourage you to ask questions. I feel very fortunate to work for doctors who are so concerned with their patients’ well being.
